This commercial renovation project was for a client that wanted to provide a state of the art Learning Center for about forty occupants. This was a real design challenge because of the existing structure's space limitations and the need to meet the accessibility requirements of the current Building Code. We were able to make this happen by designing a radiused ramp for access to the highest level. This style of ramp took up less space allowing us to provide additional seating. This Learning Center has automated systems that control curtains, lights, and projection equipment with a touch of a button.
