This project involved a historic home on Richmond Street in the historic section of Avondale. Originally constructed in 1933, the home had been a victim of poorly performed previous remodels and had been significantly neglected. We tore off the back end of the house and built a two-story addition, resided the house, and refurbished the entire interior.
